The Telecommunications Equipment Distribution Program (TEDP) is an integral program of the State of New Mexico Commission for Deaf & Hard of Hearing (NMCDHH). Established by the Telecommunications Access Act, the TED Program provides equipment to qualified New Mexicans every year.

NM TEDP offers devices including amplified telephones, iPads, iPhones, speech-generating devices, caption phones, neck loops, and more. There is no cost to New Mexico residents who meet the program guidelines.
